So, I had no idea my summer would be in high gear. I'd contemplated long, lazy afternoons sipping sweet tea (if you question what that is, I'm southern, 'enough said) spent on the patio watching the lady bugs and ants go about their business.
Yep, a trip or two to the beach to get grains of sand in places where grains don't belong. Basically, the same summer I've enjoyed for quite a few years.
Well, a lazy season this ain't. LOL. Anyhoo, I'm editing, writing, working at my day job, late spring cleaning, volunteering, business traveling. Whew, okay, I think that's it. Somewhere in the midst of all that, I do manage to cook and eat.
