Wow. Who can believe it's nearly the end of November? Where has all the time gone? In honor of what appears to be a holiday filled with food, here's a little something I created just for you:
It's not every day there's a turkey on the plate;
A day off from rushing, And working in haste. Televisions blaring with foot or basketball; Eyes glazed over from fun, food and all.
Travel, such a hassle, but something we must do, To catch up with relatives and friends we once knew. Come Monday, it's back to school and work. What a grind! No matter the complaint, we know we're resigned, To repeat it again next year, come snow, rain or shine!
