A Project Bible |
Haven't posted in a while. I've been working on a new WIP - a steamy, dark paranormal with demons. I've tried something new this time around. I recently took a class on preparing a Project Bible with Catherine McLean. I learned how to organize my file folders of story research and photos to maximize usage and keep the GMC in mind. In the past, I've written away from the goal instead of toward it, because frankly, that info wasn't in front of me at the time.
This way, I have all my info with me whenever I ned it. It's a great class should you ever have the opportunity to take it.
Like I mentioned my paranormal is dark so I have to listen to certain music when writing the scenes. Sound weird? Not really, normally I can write to any type of music. But trying to write fright into a scene doesn't come off as well when listening to soothing instrumental by Ah-Nee-Mah.
If you have any music suggestions, feel free to pass them along. |
